At TRENDLY WEAR, we offer a 7-day exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange.

Eligibility Criteria to qualify for an exchange:

The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your request is approved, our customer representative will guide you on the return process and provide the necessary instructions.
Important: Items returned without prior approval for an exchange will not be accepted.

Items damaged due to use or mishandling.
Products that have been tampered.
Note: Customers are responsible for delivery costs for exchanges.

Refund Policy

Refunds are offered in cases where we are unable to process an exchange request.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
